Jehovah Machsi (The LORD My Refuge) my heart is broken for your people. Lord heal our nation from an illness that runs deeper than just COVID 19. Father, there is hatred that still runs deep within. Lord, I fear for my friends and others who don’t look like me. Father, forgive me for being naïve and ignorant. Never have I seen such lack of mercy, grace, and dignity stripped from another human being. Father, this is NOT your will but a choice made from flesh.
Thank you for enlightening me on the injustice still among us. Father breaks our hearts for what breaks yours. And give us the courage to stand in the gap and say enough is enough. I pray LORD we will be known by our love and not but our differences or fear. I ask God for your protection over my brothers and sisters in Christ. I pray this in the name of Jesus -Amen

Love is the missing ingredient from the hateful actions that have been displayed on national news this week. Two individuals died this month for no other reason than the lack of love. We, as Christians, are called to love. Love what? Love who?
We are to love our enemy, our neighbor, our brothers, and sisters. Nowhere does it say we should discriminate because of difference. Love sees no color, no race, and no difference. When we love, it offers respect to another, putting their needs above our own.
Our differences are beautiful, our difference helps us grow, and our difference makes us stronger. The unhuman display for life angers my heart. May we stand together and build a stronger bond for ALL humanity through LOVE.

Your heart is beautiful….There is no day like today for us as Christians to take a stand to stand for GOD. We have just gone through one of the hardest times of our days….and hopefully it has helped change our hearts and minds where it comes to our neighbors…and who they are. Neighbors are not counted by color, race, Jesus says, “Love your neighbor as yourselves”. It will take each individual on their own to make the changes that have to be made. Yes,, it is up to you and I. We need to bow before our God and look at people from His eyes. He created each and every human, no matter what we look like. Short — tall, fat — skinny, old —young. All created by Him. Decisions have to be made…..let me begin in me as you begin in you. Let us walk together in His name.
